Everything you need to know before booking

Yes! All of our performers hold a DBS certificate and we carry full Public Liability Insurance. We're happy to provide certificates on request.

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and school holidays which fill up very quickly. However, do get in touch even at short notice and we'll always try our best!

Absolutely! Our performers stay fully in character throughout the entire visit, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. The magic never breaks!

We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure your booking, with the balance due 10 days before your event. If you need to postpone, we're happy to move your booking to another date within 12 months, subject to availability. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Travel within 15 miles is included in all packages. Beyond that, a mileage fee applies, and we'll always confirm this with you upfront before any booking is confirmed.

Our parties are suitable for children of all ages, though they're most popular with children aged 2 to 9. We tailor every visit to the age group of your little ones so it's always perfectly pitched.
